No, all online orders placed through www.abangane.nl are processed and dispatched from our Rotterdam headquarters which has a separate selection of stock to the stores. This means we are unable to transfer the order to stores or offer a collection service for online orders

Abangane endeavors to dispatch goods within 48 hours from when the order is received. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information

No, you do not need to create an account to purchase from the online store. However, if you create an account you will be able to track your parcel, view past orders and save details so that forms are pre-filled for future purchases.

No, once an order has been placed and items have been paid for the order is final and you cannot make any amendments. If you have any questions you can send a email to

Terms of service

Abangane endeavours to dispach goods within 48 hours from when the order is received. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking information.

We guarantee a full refund of the returned items and will issue a refund or store credit. All returned items must oblige to the following in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns after this period will only be accepted at our discretion.
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All items must have all original Abangane tags still attached and in their original packaging.
  • Any items purchased in our sale can not be returned in our in-store.
  • Sale items can’t be returned or refunded.
  • Please note that during sales periods delivery can take longer than usual and that shipments are only processed on European business days.
  • Abangane reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet to these conditions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item(s) is retuned back to us and it is their liabiliy to cover any shipping costs for return.

To send the item back please fill in the return form you received with your order and send it back to the relevant address. Full instructions on how to send an item back are on the return form. Abangane is not responsible for items lost in the post so please obtain proof of postage, this will have your tracking number should you need us to investigate please quote this number. Please allow 14 days for all return items to be inspected and to show on your statement.

Abangane will make an effort to deliver the ordered item(s)in good condition. We are not responsible for any missing or damaged items caused by the delivery company. In case that the delivered item(s) are damaged or not complete, we request you to contact us as soon as possible.
